We represent clients' interests in insolvency proceedings, advising on transaction and business risks before the expected insolvency proceedings, we appeal against the actions of administrators and we represent clients in legal proceedings in insolvency proceedings. We have resolved complex cases on issues related to illegal actions of the Board, disputes regarding creditors' claims, claims for cancellation of transactions.
Public law
The founder of the Firm has gained extensive experience in providing legal assistance to state and municipal capital companies in matters of board liability, providing various opinions on public property management, public law principles, usefulness of participation in public capital companies and various controversial and politically sensitive issues.
