Our client participated in a public procurement procedure for the modernisation of a heating plant in Riga, competing for a contract valued at more than EUR 4.5 million.

The procurement involved demanding qualification requirements and the need to structure cooperation between project partners while ensuring full compliance with public procurement regulations.

Our Role

We provided legal support in preparing the procurement documentation and ensuring that the client met the applicable qualification requirements.

We also structured the cooperation between our client and its project partner for their joint participation in the tender, addressing the allocation of responsibilities and obligations during contract performance as well as the distribution of profits between the partners.
